We ship worldwide and love that our pieces find homes in so many different places.

Free shipping is available on orders over:

• United States: USD$199 (flat rate below: US$25)
• Canada: CA$279 (flat rate below: CA$35)
• United Kingdom: £189 (flat rate below: £25)
• Europe: €215 (flat rate below: €25)
• Australia: AU$350 (flat rate below: AU$45)
• Singapore: S$325 (flat rate below: S$50)
• All other countries: shipping calculated at checkout

We take up to 5 business days to carefully pack and ship your order. If something is out of stock, we'll wait until everything is ready and send it all together — we want your order to arrive whole.

Sales Tax & Duties

For our customers in the United States, no duties apply as we ship directly from our US warehouse. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For international orders, all duties and taxes are included in the final price—the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. No unexpected charges at the door, anywhere in the world.

Returns

At JOC Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them. All original packaging—including the branded product box—must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned without their original packaging.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will provide a FedEx return label and the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
