Orders within the United States ship from our US warehouse, so no import duties apply. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

For orders outside the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so you won't be asked to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Production time varies greatly depending on the item and the artisan’s workload, so they cannot provide us with a specific date. Some products restock within a few weeks, while others may take 2–3 months. 

Many of our products come from niche workshops and small-scale kilns with select teams of highly skilled artisans. With expertise honed over decades, these artists put the utmost care into their work so that every detail meets the highest standards. 

To maintain superior quality, their work cannot be rushed. We appreciate your understanding of their process and value of their craftsmanship.

To ensure you don't miss out, we recommend preordering your desired items. We do not offer a wait list.

If your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, your entire order will ship once the preordered items arrive at the warehouse.

We accept a variety of payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Shop Pay.

Please note that JOC Goods is a Japan-based company. If your credit card company charges a foreign transaction fee for international purchases, we are unable to refund this fee. However, many credit cards do not charge foreign transaction fees, so you may want to check for available options.

We also accept JOC Goods gift card payments except for preorder items.

You can cancel an item or your order before it’s packed and processed for shipment.

You will receive email updates from order confirmation to delivery, so you're aware of the current status of your order.

We ship from our US warehouse to the United States and many international destinations. We are not currently shipping to EU countries.

For US orders, Standard Shipping is $15, with free Standard Shipping on orders over $199. International shipping rates and free shipping thresholds vary by country.

We usually ship orders from our US warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

If an item is out of stock, we'll hold the shipment until everything is ready so your order arrives complete.

We ship from our US warehouse. US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and international orders via FedEx, UPS or APC.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout.

Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, including the branded product box, intact.

For US orders, we cover return shipping if you purchased Free Returns at checkout. Otherwise, a $25 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

For orders outside the US, we provide a return shipping label and deduct its cost from your refund. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, except for items purchased during our sales events, such as Black Friday, Mother's Day, and holiday sales.

Sale items are products displayed with a reduced (crossed-out) price at the time of purchase.

Items purchased using a discount code and bundle sets can be returned under our standard return policy. Bundle sets may display a crossed-out price to show the set discount, but they are not considered sale items.
